IMPLEMENTING HUMAN PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGY IN THE U.S. AIRFORCE

A typical project takes around 2-3 years to implement with the U.S. Airforce; Joshua Smith and his team managed to have their Human Performance Program using SMARTABASE up and running in 121 days. Smith speaks about the milestones of the project and the expansion of the system over time. Smith also shows the audience elements of their program and system and explains how he uses the data to communicate with his team.
EFFECTIVELY TRACKING RECRUITS FOR SUCCESS

At the TSAC event Joe Dulla from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department gave insights into the system used in the Lieutenant-Recruit Training Unit allowing him and other admin to track their recruits accurately and effectively. Dulla also explained how the Sheriff’s Department allocate monetary figures to particular recruit monitoring forms in SMARTABASE to help calculate costs. Tracking change in his recruits is the key to the programs success and the data visualization has improved the workflow of the Lieutenant-Recruit Training Unit.
