‘Preventing Hamstring Injury’ Joshua Ruddy PhD ACU | Innovate by Fusion Sport

Our professional development event in Melbourne with AFL Academies High Performance and Medical staff was a great opportunity to network with professionals that share our passion for driving human performance. With so many of our clients doing great things in the world of sport science, PhD Candidate at ACU Joshua Ruddy shared some new research on preventing hamstring injuries.

Joshua Ruddy is a PhD candidate at the Australian Catholic University (Melbourne), working in the Hamstring Injury Group. Joshua’s work is primarily in hamstring injury prevention for AFL athletes.
