Fusion Sport Unveils New Help Center

Fusion Sport customers visiting the support page will notice some big changes. The new Help Center officially launched this month for Smartabase customers worldwide. This one-stop shop provides customers with multiple ways to get the support they need quickly, easily, and on their own terms.

 

 

NEW SELF-SERVICE FEATURES

Enhanced Knowledge Base: The expanded and searchable Knowledge Base gives people a self-service option to quickly find answers to common questions. From user guides to FAQs to best practices, the knowledge base provides a wealth of online resources to help you get the most out of your Smartabase site.

Answer Bot: Customers can use the new chat bot to access helpful resources quickly. Typing a question into the chat window returns relevant resources or gives the option to chat live with a Help Center Support Officer.

Submit a Request: For those times when the Knowledge Base or Answer Bot doesn’t provide the help needed, customers can easily submit a request and track its status. We’ve committed to responding to all requests within 48 hours.

Follow New Content: Customers can now subscribe to release notes and articles and stay up-to-date with the latest content.

 

 

CONVENIENT ACCESS TO LIVE HELP

The Help Center is staffed by a dedicated team of Help Desk Support Officers Monday through Friday  . This team works closely with our Human Performance Consultants to provide enhanced support for our customers’ specific Smartabase sites.

Accessing the Help Desk has never been easier. With multiple channels – including live chat, email, and phone – customers can connect with   staff using their preferred method of communication.
